Puneet Bajaj is the Founder of Puneet Bajaj & Co. since 2012. Born in June, 1987, he is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2012 as well. He started practicing from the time he become member of ICAI. He also holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi .

He has gained experience during his professional career in handling corporate affairs in different areas. His other core areas of expertise also include Auditing, Assurance, Litigation Matters and International Taxation.

Deepika Rathore associated with the profession of Company Secretaries since 2013, is presently practicing as a Company Secretary and is the Founder of Deepika Rathore & Associates

Deepika Rathore holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University. She is a proud Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She started her career in the field of Company Secretary in year 2013 in one of the NBFC Listed Company situated in Delhi, where she served as a secretarial specialist in handling compliances related to RBI, SEBI and stock exchanges. After gaining experience of 5 years in year 2018, she founded M/s Deepika Rathore & Associates

Her specialization is in handling complex assignments of Corporate Laws, Securities Law, RBI and SEBI. Her other areas of competence include Secretarial Audit, incorporation of companies, NCLT matters, drafting of agreements and other legal compliance, drafting of various agreements, petitions, and applications. Further she is involved in handling secretarial work of both listed and unlisted Companies including LLP’s. She has also handled assignments pertaining to restructuring of Companies and LLP’s.

She has an experience of working with corporates and handling their secretarial compliances including convening of Board, General and Creditors meetings and providing corporate consultancy and advisory.
